As you may know, I have a big love for Free Spirit Fabrics. It all started back in 2013 when I discovered Parson Gray and made my Fire and Ice Collection which was inspired by David Butler’s Liberty Skirt. The folks from Free Spirit loved it and contacted me about sewing up a sample for Quilt Market, and I’ve been able to work on other great projects since then!
I am SO excited to finally get to release my first pattern as the new owner of Izzy & Ivy Designs! The Charly Tunic is the latest pattern to hit the shop, and she is definitely an all around kind of pattern!
I am a fan of taking two patterns that I love and splicing the parts and mashing them together. Frankenstein’s dress, right? I have a regular gig over at Pattern Revolution doing these mashups and I’ve also done several for Izzy & Ivy and I just can’t seem to get enough of them!
Just wanted to pop in and make sure you knew about the latest and greatest design from Izzy & Ivy Designs!
