One Thimble EZine- Issue 10- Willow Dress and Enid Slouch Beanie

One Thimble EZine Issue 10- Willow Dress by Bubby & Me- Enid Slouch Beanie by Rosie Petal Patterns- Snickerdoodle Stew
It’s that time again! I’m so honored to be a part of the blog tour for the TENTH issue of One Thimble (affiliate link)! I keep coming back because I really love this e-zine and all of the great things it has to offer. Each new issue contains patterns, articles, and all around great info from and international cast of designers, both old and new.

There have already been some great posts along this tour and I hope that you’ll check them out, as well as a GIVEAWAY that could snag you your very own copy!

There are so many great patterns to choose from, but I had my heart set on the Willow Dress by Bubby & Me and the Enid Slouch Beanie by Rosie Pretty Patterns. These are both new designers to me, and I couldn’t be  happier with the end results!

The Willow Dress has two sleeve options and it accommodates sizes 2-10. It’s that great combo of a knit top with a woven skirt. I used several of my favorite prints from Art Gallery Fabrics: Wind Melody Charmin in knit and woven, Forget Me Not Romance in Knit, Flyaway Petalums Sky in Knit.  I love that I was able to use the same print in both knit and woven to get a fun look! And those sweet flutters? My favorite detail, hands down. This dress will be a staple in my daughter’s spring wardrobe for sure!
To top of this duo, I sewed up the Enid Slouch Beanie. It’s a great accessory to finish the look on just about any outfit. It took no time at all to sew it up and the end result is so fun. Enid is a unisex hat and the size range is from 12 months to adult and I think my only minor complaint is that it’s not smaller!
I hope you’ve enjoyed the two items that I’ve sewn! Head over to the One Thimble site and check out everything else issue 10 has to offer, and don’t forget to enter the giveaway in the Rafflecopter widget below! It ends today, so don’t delay!
Happy sewing!
